How to prepare Baltin, biscuits, cookies and chocolate beads


Ingredients


2½ cups or 600 g of butter is Almmlhh, cut into small pieces
9 cups or 1 200 g plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
2½ cups or 300 g of powdered sugar
1 tin or 397 g Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 tablespoons water
6 tablespoons or 90 grams of peanut oil
To prepare the filling:
½ cup or 120 g of chocolate chips
½ cup or 160 g figs Almajafv, finely chopped



How to prepare



In a deep pot pie for mixing, mix together the butter with the flour, salt, powdered sugar and stir with a spoon to get abrasive paste fragmented. Nestle added Sweetened Condensed milk gradually to the mix and then rose water and pistachio oil to form a paste. Kept in the fridge for 20 minutes.
To prepare the filling, mix together the chocolate and dried figs beads and set aside.
The dough is ejected from the fridge and then taken them medium-sized pieces to form small pellets of them.
It is pressed with the finger on the hand of each ball to get a vacuum in the middle of it; and then filled with filling and closed by clicking on it well.
Using a wooden template to get the decorated form on the top of each ball.
Biscuit cookies placed in the anti-stick tray and bake in preheated oven at 160 ° C for 12-15 minutes. Saves aside to cool and then offers.
