Biscuit with lemon cream




 :Ingredients

 300g of biscuits 
Two eggs
Juice three acid beads
Crust of sour
100g of sugar
70g butter

:method

Grind the biscuits and then scrape the butter and mix them together
We take a mall where the mixture is smooth and put in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

:Cream

Place the sour juice, then the sugar and then the sour cream. Mix well over low heat until the sugar is turned
Take a small vase and mix well with the eggs, add it with the mixture and stir well until it is a little firm.
We pour it over the biscuits and put it in the refrigerator for about three hour
